After Friday afternoon (my last exam) I guess we could continue with them, seeing as they’re good RPs and put this one on hold.
Likewise, just replace friday with tuesday.

There should be camera’s in the room that are still running. The ring is being observed, but the alien doesn’t know this. Scientists will have ample time to decide what the best strategy should be.
Try and weake it?
Stun it with gas?
Wait for it to turn back?
Will there be more of these aliens?
I’ll try and make a simple sketch of what the beast looks like. Should be added to Tamurins’ thread when finished. But it’s a little dark, so don’t expect much.

What should be expected on the other side? How will the team that goes through manage if even a single creature kills so many in such short time? Surely a whole planet of tank-bugs will destroy them in the blink of an eye.
So there will be a team going through the open gate.
Will they enter a world like in the original stargate movie?
And will there be sandworm like in Dune?
Or will it be more like a Star Wars-planet?
(I like the idea of it mixing with Star Wars. It would open up a whole new range of adventures.)

And btw isn’t Europa at stage Modern+1? Stargate was made in 2004 (something around there or even earlier?) so why couldn’t it go to the normal RP?
Well this means that it will just not affect our nation in any RP.
I am in too, if you all dont mind. I realized I just kinda butt in, and that was pretty rude. Ill pull out if you guys want. But I am very fond and enthusiastic of sci-fi.
They are allowed under certain circumstances, and this is just for the sake of RP. I do not really plan on firing. Unless you guys want to do something where I do fire, and it doesn’t do anything to add to the sci-fi-ness of the RP. Just like what happened in the 4400. Maybe you are right about it developing too fast. Bur I am just following the pace of everybody else, and Ide Jima said its touching down in 48 hours I think.
EDIT: Nukes can be used with the consent of everybody involved I think. If you and I were RPing a war, I could nuke you if you said it was ok.
